Hi everyone!
My ds, age three, has outgrown his chicco stroller. He is 39 inches tall and weighs about 36 pounds. I want a light weight stroller that folds up compactly to use in WDW in october. I have been looking at the Combi Travel Savvy and the Combi Savvy Soho. I want to know if any of you have either of these and your comments. We tried out the Savvy Soho in babiesrus and the one concern my DH has is it feels a little flimsy. I thought the flimsy feel might be because it maneuvers really well, not stiff like some strollers.
Also we would rather not rent the WDW strollers. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

we were in the same situation and were not able to find a true 'umbrella' stroller for our 40 inch tall 4 year old. What we did find is a reasonably lightweight stroller that we love. All the amenities of a monster stroller, but lighter. it also has the convenience of folding to a standing position which we thought was ideal for folding for busses/trains etc.

It's a safety first stroller at $39.99 at Target. weighs less than my full size combi and is smooth and comfortable for my child. I think it weighs about 16 pounds, their website says 19, but that is with the packing material and box. Anyhow, I could easily lift is and maneuver it when folded and it's great.

We have a Combi Savvy and love it! I bought it 3 1/2 years ago. It does feel very different when you push it but it is not flimsy. It has been to Disney World and survived :D Actually we use it pretty often and have not had any problems at all. My #1 complaint is that the fabric is starting to fade.

My DD, 4, is close to the same size as your son and she fits fine in the stroller. We mostly use it for our 2 yo DS but even our 6 yo DS can squeeze in there at 43" and 43 pounds.

The best parts of the stroller are that it is lightweight and very easy to fold plus it folds pretty compact.

I liked this so stroller so much that I bought the Combi Twin Savvy 2 years ago.

My son is around 45 lbs and is 43 inches tall. He fits fine in our Combi Savvy DX, but it *is* heavy with him in it. He's not too tall or long for it though. We've owned 2 Combis and never found them to be flimsy at all. In fact they stand up to quite a bit of abuse!
