I have a column up on my new site if you would like to read it and respond to it. I think it's a good topic of discussion.

Excellent article , well thought out , and definately food for thought

All I got was "page cannot be found."

I got it. Good article. The parks are a major source of income for the Company, and it's good that they are reinvesting in it. Not all of the cut backs were due to Eisner and Gang, the big drop in tourism DID require at least some of the cutbacks made. I would have liked to see the big executive bonuses either cut back or eliminated though...

They were actually cut back during the roughest time after 9/11. Although one thing that people don't usually expound on is that exec bonuses are done in stock, not cash. So if someone gets a million dollar bonus, they're getting a million dollars in stock. Which may or may not be worth a million dollars in the future. So it's not like they're handing over gobs of cash.
