About a week ago, Doctor P (Mike) had stated that he was coming to Columbus for a convention and wanted to know if a few of us could get together for dinner. So myself, my DH (coqui), Mickey Nut 50 (Sherrie) and bobcat (Lisa) all said we would be able to make it. It was agreed upon that we would meet at Red Robin in Worthington.
My DH (Luis) and I pulled into the parking lot at about 7:15 and saw Mike sitting on a bench outside waiting for us. A few minutes later, Lisa and her two children (Katie & Brice) pulled up. Shortly after Mickey Nut 50, her DS scuba_mickey (Grant) and her DH (Gary) arrived. We chatted for a short while outside and after a little cheering with Red Robin for the Ohio State football game (which Ohio State beat Northwestern 27-16

For those curious I took all the pics tonight so I didnt manage to get in a single pic

Luis didnt agree with me, but I thought this milkshake of his was just too pretty to pass up taking a picture of. At least Sherrie & Lisa agreed with me

Here we have Red Robin getting us all to cheer and pound on the table while rooting on Ohio State as they played

Being the loyal and wacky Ohio State fans we are, we were happy to oblige

We even had Mike who should have been rooting for Northwestern to join us

Sherrie apparently thought that her sons clamsticks looked good so she snagged a few.

Poor Grant had to guard his food so his mom wouldnt steal any of them anymore

Okay, I dont know what is up with Grants look here

Mike was nice enough to help Brice practice his Cub Scout handshake

Luis and Grant had spent a good portion of the night chatting about computer geek stuff. Apparently it was very interesting given the look on Luis face and the fact that he was IGNORING the Ohio State game

And to end this all, a prize goes to the first person who can correctly guess how many Hidden Mickeys are in this pic of Sherrie

All in all it was a great evening! I truly enjoyed being able to spend time with some friends and be able to finally meet Sherries DH

And for those who like my pics
