Columbus Day Week at OKW

Do you think I'll have a problem booking a 2 BR at OKW from Sun. to Fri. of that week at the 7 month mark? We're borrowing about 20 points for the reservation, so if I book at my home resort of SSR first it would take more points and I don't want to borrow what I may not use.

I think you have a fair chance at the 7 month window. Look at it this way. If you can't get into OKW at the 7 month window for that week, you will likely still be able to get SSR because of its size. The last time we traveled to WDW on that week was 2 years ago, and we were in a GV at OKW, so I booked it day by day. The resort WAS full when we were there though. I think it usually is in October, but tends to fill up a bit later than the Epcot area resorts.
