Colouring On Photos?

Hi. I can't remember if I saw it done before but, can you colour on photos? I have got one of my baby pictures, black and white, I would love to put a pink dress on me before I frame it. I do have scrapbook markers and pencil crayons.

I'd try it out on some other black and white photo first, to see how the different materials work. They do make photo paints, meant for coloring on black and white photos and they work very well, but can be very hard to find.

I believe there are special markers for this.

I would suggest getting a graphics program, scanning in the photo and then coloring the photo digitally. You can do lots of things this way and never harm the original.
