I'm thinking of doing a Colorado Springs/ Denver/ Estes Park vacation the first week in Dec.--I know that Pikes Peak is open & zoo's & some other attractions, but will it be enjoyable or is it hard to get around due to snow & cold? I've never been to Co. before-but I'd love to see it that time of year. Anyone ever been there during Dec? Thanks for any input!:goodvibes

You can't predict the winter weather here in Colorado. DH has golfed in December. We have also had snow measurable in feet. It could be in the high 60's one day and a blizzard the next. If you don't like the weather in Colorado, wait half an hour.

Everything you asked about would be "weather permitting" :goodvibes
