I haven't rented for awhile but isn't 799.00 pretty good.
I was thinking something like a power bar too, so thanks for the suggestion... and jumper cables!Nope you aren't overreacting. A winter kit is a good idea. Include food, too. You know a power bar or something like that. Keep us posted how everything goes!
I put her office location on MapQuest and it looks like she will be on the same block as you! I don't know why, but I feel safer knowing a DISer is so close...My office is on the corner of Union and Ulster. This is a good area, and easy to get to.
Also, When I drove by Palomino Park tonight there is a sign out front for $799/month.

I have a friend that lives at Promenade Place on Ulster Street, it is really nice but personally I would stick with Palamino. They have a lot of community activities so you get to know your neighbors! They also have aerobics classes, a great gym and a very nice pool.
What I keep year round in my car as my survival kit is a jacket, boots, flip flops, swimsuit, rollerblades, and then an emergency kit that comes with jumper cables, blanket, flashlight, bandaids, and a few other things I can't remember!
I know, there is so many random things!Okay, Heidi. Your survival kit made me laugh. Swimsuit and rollerblades.![]()
Sounds like Yukon Cornelius..."ham hocks and guitar strings..."I know, there is so many random things!![]()

Denver is just such an "unknown" for us. Visiting next week should help with that though... All the pictures we see, it looks so pretty! I can't wait to see it up close and personal!
Surely you two know Heidi well enough by now NOT to be surprized by her. I'm just surprised that she doesn't have a half dozen of swimsuits!
I moved to Denver a year out of college and knew nobody here. I met my husband and now could not imagine living anywhere else. She will love it.
Ditto from me - I moved here the day after college graduation! I love it here!I moved to Denver a year out of college and knew nobody here. I met my husband and now could not imagine living anywhere else. She will love it.

I am not sure, this is the first I had heard the a CO family was a witness. The Orlando Sentinel reported that NTSB interviewed several witnesses to last week's monorail accident, including "a Centennial, Colorado, family." Does anyone know if this was the family that was actually on the train at the time of the crash? I've heard almost nothing about them, and I wondered how they, especially those precious little ones, are doing through it all.
Sorry, I don't have any schools to recommend for your DD's. But I do remember that Warren Tech is a tech school but it might be a little further away from the area you want.Need some school recommendations please.
We are pretty open as to area, I think we are going to have to rent for awhile. Thinking Littleton or South Aurora or Highlands Ranch areas.
I have 2 special needs girls with IEPS (grades 4 and 5) so I need a school that has resources. Also Ds is going into Grade 9 and would LOVE to find a school that is tech heavy.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks so much!
None of the info I've read mentioned anything about the occupants of the train except that there were six passengers, and all were unhurt. The Orlando Sentinel reported that NTSB interviewed several witnesses to last week's monorail accident, including "a Centennial, Colorado, family."
