We headed out for DD's Destination Imagination State competition over at Dakota Ridge around 11:30 and by the time we got to C-470 the snow had started.

By the time we were headed back this afternoon to pick her back up, it was bright sunshine and you'd have never known it was coming down hard a couple of hours before.

How about that snowstorm!!!!!!

Coming back from guitar lessons, we not only had nearly white-out conditions from the snow, but as it melted on the roads, it was coming back up as steam. So we were driving through heavy snow and fog! In the middle of the day!

Went to Poppies on Colorado Blvd. for dinner last night. Talk about bad service! It would have been nice to know what the specials were before we were walking out after dinner and noticed them on the blackboard. And having to track down our server just to get refills on our drinks should about say it all.

Yesterday was my Bridal Shower....why oh why did it have to snow??!!! It was so crazy driving in the steam/snow storm yesterday. Hopefully that is the last snow of the year!!

Well, the Channel 7 weather forecast this morning was snow on Thursday and Friday. Murphy's Law means it will be a blizzard as we try to get on the plane. Thankfully it's a nonstop Frontier flight the day before the cruise.

Bear in mind the weather forecast for Orlando said the 80's... So we'll get off the plane Friday afternoon and immediately need to change clothes.

When we went last February, it was 9 degrees in Denver when we left and mid-80s in Orlando when we arrived.
