Babytrees, Heidi (Pooh) is my daughter. We are members of a private campground in Monument. In fact, Pooh's twin sister bought it last year. We have been members for 26 years. Wow, that's a long time.

My schedule is the same as Heidi's for WFF.

I am a housewife. Before I got pregnant with my twins, I worked for the Jeff Co DA's office as a paralegal and before that I worked at the Jeffco District Court. I was very fortunate to be able to stay home and be a "mom" and have done so for 27 years. It does suck for self worth, though.

Where does everybody work?? You don't have to say....I am just nosey.

I am an enginerd and work downtown. If you've driven over the new flyby on E-470 at I-70, that was us. Or, if you are down in the Springs, and have seen the work on Austin Bluffs at Union, we're involved in that, too. Also, we're doing work on Academy near Pikes Peak CC and on Woodmen Road.

Thanks for the support with Chris's (my fiance) job status. He has worked for Coke for almost 9 years. He has done lots of things for them. He has driven their trucks, stocked vending machines, stocked grocery stores, was an auditor, and now is an Account Manager for convenience stores. I am not sure what he wants to do now. I know he would really like to get back in to the medical field. He grew up in FL and he was a fire fighter, EMT and loved the ER. He also thought about a government job and has applied for a Forklift Operator at the Mint. But it is really hard to get into a Federal job because you have to compete against veterans. When I find out what he wants to pursue I will let you all know and hopefully you can help us out!!

Babytrees - I am so suprised you knew what BOR is!!! Most people look at me like I made up this agency when I tell them who I work for!

I suggest he calls one of the many local breweries so he can reward me for suggesting it with free beer...

And, as an enginerd, of course I am familiar with the BOR...

You are correct, he is going to school. But his major is still undeclared.

Just sharing here... My DH goes to Regis. He has to finish an online class and then take 2 tests, and he's done with his (first) degree!

Figure... 14 years or so... for my DH's degree? I was pestering him last night about how he is just DONE with school. He is burned out, but is being obstinant about taking a vacation and enjoying it, whether he wants to or NOT, mister!!!

With his latest work experience being an account manager, would he be able to leverage that into working for a major bank as a store manager? They tend to pay for education, which is a nice perk for him! The hours are also set in stone, which is nice, too.

hahaha nothing happened that needs to stay there anyways...hehehe

I went for a convention for part and stayed for a couple days of fun afterwards. Won some money, spent some money, had a few....ok alot, of drinks, and ate like a king!

It was fun....can't beat going to vegas for "work" and coming back home after all is said and done with triple your money you left with to start.

well I have worldmark/trendwest/wyndham whatever you know want to call it....lol so I stayed at one of the timeshare units. Man we ate everywhere...did the excalibur show 1 night, of course had to do planet hollywood 1 night, did a couple buffets, had to have a nathans hotdog....lol

Then Thursday I stayed in new york new york sportsbooks all day betting on and watching the first round of ncaa tourny

Sounds like a blast. My friend and I like to stay at Planet Hollywood, I love their pools and the live band!
