So you were in MY neck of the woods. You can practically throw a stone and hit my house from either of those destinations. Did you notice that the Del Taco at Broadway and Belleview is now open? You wouldn't believe the line at the drive-thru yesterday afternoon!

No I didn't know that was open yet. I took Bowles up to Santa Fe and then went up Belleview so I didn't pass it. I can believe the line was crazy, everytime I eat at Del Taco in Highlands Ranch the line was always so long!!! I was afraid Pirates Cove would be packed, but it wasn't crowded at all, no lines for the slides or lazy river, it was great.

Good Morning!

Had a scrapbooking weekend. Archivers opened a store down here in the Springs. My Mom, Sister, daughter Tiffany and I spent about 4 hours there on Friday. It was nice to have a day off.

Does anyone know of a nice all day Spa in Denver? Want to take my daughters up there in January for a birthday treat.

What I keep reading on the Panama Canal thread, I sure hope my mom and dad are having fun. I guess the mood and excitement is gone now that they had to skip Cabo and the weather is bad. I read that some people didn't even have their luggage on the ship and had to be sent to Cabo, problem is they had to skip Cabo. What a mess.

"I am sure you heard about Hurricane Hillary. It was awesome. We really enjoyed the waves. Sorry about Cabo but we are now in Mazanillos. It was horrible so we ended up at the ships pool. It has been very fun. Saw Gede."

Gede was our Assistant Server from the last cruise. She went on to tell me that it was formal night tonight and she would email me later.

Teresa - no she did not mention what ended up happening so I sent her an email so she would explain what happened and how it was taken care of.

I watched the ship come into Acapulco this morning. It was exciting to watch, wish I was there. Roberto said it is drizzling there so hopefully the rain will clear up for them. My parents are supose to go canoeing today and then snorkeling.

Heidi-Thanks for keeping us updated on your Mom. Love the idea of the December 2007 cruise, Lets do it!!!

Happy day at our house today. My daughter Tiffany found out yesterday she was accepted in ORU (Oral Roberts University) She has dreamed of going there for years. It is about 10 hours from home but I am very happy for her.

How has the weather been in Denver? We have had some really bad storms that have come from the North. I am so happy it is raining though!

I love the afternoon rains. It hasn't been too bad at my house, just nice rain without hail, wind, and lightening. I love it, perfect we need the moisture.

I am serious too about cruising in 2007. You just need to let me know when. We are going on a cruise in July 06 but I have not made my 2007 plans yet.

"Hi guys, it's us here in sunny Acapulco (yea right), it is a rainy day. Yes, our weather has been bad but it has not spoiled a thing. Heidi, we saw Roberto when we pulled in so I yelled out his name and he waved. That was fun.

Our room is so perfect. We even like it better than 5520. It is very quiet and the hallways are very wide.

Our suitcase situation has been cleared up. THey were able to fix it darn it. Wanted a new mickey one instead.

Think we will go to the Night cliff divers with the dudettes (some DISers we met a few years ago that we remain good friends with). The 10:30 pm is with torches. Think we will shop and take a nap during the day.

We have met some disers.

Panama on Sunday. Can't wait.

We are hoping to cruise again in 2007 also, although we want to do the land/sea package again. We're looking at January for lower crowd levels and less heat at WDW. Just waiting for those 2007 rates!

I read on the DIS that they are expecting the rates for 2007 to come out in October. I know my mom will go for sure, and I am pretty sure I have my dad talked into it too!!!! Yes, I think it goes over Christmas...I would love to spend Christmas on the ship for 10 days. But I would have to make a deal with my family that no gifts and the cruise is our presents!!!
