Colorado Cruisers

DH and DS are gone on a BoyScout campout for a couple of days to DD and I were doing "girl" things yesterday. We went to the mall so she could go to Claire's and she also wanted to stop at Disney Store so she could see if DS kindergarten teacher was working(she is a huge Disney fan and works there during school breaks). I had honestly planned on just stopping in quickly, but we ended up spending $45 there. They are having a great sale. 30% of off the red tagged items. So for my $45 I got 4 t-shirts(one for each of us), DD a pair of PJs, DD new swimsuit, 2 keychains, a frisbee and a small stuffed Eeyore for my niece. Three of the Tshirts were only 2.79 each. I am thinking I should go back and get some more stuff for gifts, but I don't know how long the sale is and I won't be able to go again by myself until Sunday.

...have you guys checked out South Suburban's new "Sprayground" on the other side of Belleview at Cornerstone Park? Didn't even know they had it up there until we stopped on Saturday. Its like running through sprinklers, but the water patterns keep changing. More fun than the fountain over by Englewood CityCenter.

BTW, was at Home Depot on Belleview and they have Disney folding camp chairs - princesses and Pooh. Didn't see the price, though.

Sprayground - never heard of it, but it sounds alot of fun for kids. Is it free? I am not sure where cornerstone park is though, is it East of Santa Fe?

Wow Cristi, you got a lot of great buys.

Way to go Cristi. Sure wish I was around when you posted about your bargains. I want to get DH one of those tropical Mickey shirts. Do they still have them?

I want to know where Cornerstone Park is too. I know my little 3 year old daycare girl would love it!

The Sprayground is almost directly across Belleview from Pirate's Cove. From the corner of Windermere and Belleview, east of Santa Fe, head south on Windermere and take the first left into Cornerstone Park. Go east all the way to the end of the parking area and you will find yourself by the playground. The Sprayground is on the east edge of the playground.

Yes, it is free. It wasn't even crowded when we were there, but I'm sure that varies from day to day.

Thanks Jrsy Boy, I can't wait to go check it out. I know exactly where you are talking about now.

It seems like I saw some, but they may have been in the clearance section. I went back to the store on Sunday and picked up a few more small items for either our cruise or Christmas.

Thanks JrsyBoy for the info on the Sprayground. I'll have to talk my girls into going to check it out. Nothing like a FREE activity :teeth:

Hello everyone!

Tera- I was just noticing on your post that you lost 58 pounds, how did you do it??

Barb ::MickeyMo

Hey Barb - Well unfortuntely I put a pound on this past week :guilty: , but I've been doing Weight Watchers for just over 10 months. The program has been great for me, but I have recently switched and I've been having problems the past couple of weeks. Hoping to see 60 pounds in the next week or two :teeth:

Teresa, don't feel bad. I gained 3 pounds over the weekend. Lost 2 already though. I have 3.6 to go before goal. I have been hanging at 5 pounds till goal for about 2 months. The hardest pounds I have had to lose that is for sure. So far, 54 pounds for me on LA weight loss. Now remember, we don't want you going anorexic on us!

Black Unicorn, does your Disney Store have anymore men's tropical shirts left?

Hi Barb!

Sandy - They say the last few pounds are the hardest to get rid of... and they weren't kidding. I hadn't realized you lost that much weight... that is SO awesome. Anorexic? Me? Far from it. I'm just trying to get in the right weight range for my height

How are you determining your weight range? I would love to find out what would be proper for me.

Sandy - I can't find my book from WW that shows the range, but for me, I'm 5'4" and my range is about 116-145. Now if your taller, it would be a little higher, I think 5 pounds for every inch. Let me know how tall you are and I'll see if I can find it, but at least you have an idea.
