How many of you are starting to look at colleges or already applied to them?Not yet,Im trying to decide if I'm homeschooled How I am going to make up extra-curricular activites

I took archery lessons when i was home schooled. I'm still a good shot.

You could join a 4H club, colleges love those.

I'm going to go to Ringling's Precollege program this summer and hopefully to Ringling School of the Arts for college and major in Illustration and eventrually be an Imagineer . (I can dream right?)

I'm in college already, so yes, I did already look/apply to colleges.

I looked at: Gettysburg College, Franklin & Marshall College, Loyola Balitmore, Muhlenberg College, TCNJ, Dickinson College
I applied to: Gettysburg. Early Decision. My 1st Choice School. And I got in.

All the schools I looked at (besides TCNJ, which was my safety school) were at least 2 hours away and out of state. I wanted to get out of Jersey. And I only looked at TCNJ because it's one of the best state schools and I wanted to make sure I at least would get into one school. But I didn't even need to apply because I got accepted Early Decision to Gettysburg.

And I just declared my major/minor a few weeks ago, so YAY. I'm officially a History Major and a Theatre Arts Minor. I may eventually move the minor up to a double major in history and theatre, but for right now, I'm going to keep it as a minor.

I'm not worried. All you need to do is like sports. Or activities in the local clubs (like boys and girls club). Or something like that. Other than that, any college will probably not care you were homeschooled.
