college program vs career start

Whats the difference between the college program and the career start program? Any advice would be appreciated thank you =)

There's only three that I'm aware of: a required Disney-education class (similar to a first-year orientation course at a college or university) and a smaller a selection of roles. Additionally, Career Start offers only one term length each session (likened to the "advantage" duration of the college program seasons). Otherwise, the program is functionally equivalent to the CP.
