College Program question

I am currently a freshmen at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. It has always been my dream to work for Disney and to participate in the College Program. It is not offered through the university but I wanted to know if any of you Diser's have gone to Salve and done the program? If so how did you go about getting credits to transfer or were you forced to go about it alone? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

My school didn't offer any kind of credit either so I waited until I graduated to do the program since I couldn't take a semester off.

Talk to your advisor. You may be able to get internship credits. Also, you could take online classes during the semester (I wouldn't recommend more than 2) and/or take Summer classes if you're worried about graduating on time.

My school doesn't do credits either so I took online classes while I was there.

I won't lie - it was HARD. Online classes, especially the one I had, are far more difficult than traditional classes.

I don't think that my school offers credit for the CP either, but how do you apply if you wait until you graduate to do the program? Can you still be accepted? Do you have to enroll in a college class?

My school didn't provide credit and I was on a sports team so it was logistically impossible for me to do the program while I was in the school. Well, I'm graduating this June (I'm in a quarter system school) so I've applied now for the fall quarter of the CP program. You can apply while you're still in school for a program that's after your graduation. I found the rules somewhere on the CP website, I just can't remember where. If you can't find them you can email the CP recruiters (email on the website) and they can give you all the information you need.
