I think if you want to do a summer only DLRCP then you should call recruiting and ask if it's possible. I also received an email saying that the summer only session was for alumni but when we had our presentation on thursday and friday we def. interviewed people for a summer only DLR CP. And none of the people who he accepted were alumni so it is a possibility. It might be our school was a special case since it was the last one of the season, i don't konw. It really doesn't hurt to ask and get an official answer, since you cant really trust second hand info off the internet. My recruiter is out of the office until monday but I will try to find out if it's possible for non-alumn to apply, since there seems to be so much interest!

Does anyone have any information on how likely it is to be called if you're on the list. I can only do Fall WDWCP since my school doesn't get out until the end of May and I have plans over the summer. One of my friends is also doing the Fall program, but she already interviewed and was told all she had to do was wait for her accptance letter, so she's in. Thanks for any information anyone has.

They said that my top 3 picks: Attractions, Guest Relations, and Front Desk were generally the most popular and were filling up fast, but I'm hoping that thanks to my background in Attractions (I participated in the Fall 2006 and Spring 2007 programs at WDW) that I might get one of the last spots. Joanna, are you a campus rep? They might not have sent the e-mail to everyone. Not all the reps on my team got it.

wasn't sure if our school was just a special case, or if you all are
really taking non-alumni and just aren't advertising it. I've had a

DLR: have that person just apply on line.

LoL....sooo, if you apply online they will accept your application alumni or not. But they aren't advertising it. Probably because the recruiting season is over and the arrival date is in 3 weeks! Good luck!

I think the only way to find out for sure is to apply and let them know your situation!! I was told that if you wanted to receive you had to arrive on one of the two arrival dates. But they make exceptions for all sorts of things so you never know until you ask!

Hey everyone. I just thought i'd update and say that they have positions open again. I was placed on a waiting list & called less than a week later! they called me on Tuesday & I had my interview on Wednesday. I had to physically call them and ask to be placed on the waiting list though, the person who interviewed me didnt do it like they said.

I got an e-mail yesterday telling me that they had unexpected openings. I called yesterday and have my interview scheduled for tomorrow at 1:30 pacific time. I'm really nervous. Hopefully we get in.
