The concern was, well then they'll have access to lawyers, then they'll have access to writs of habeas corpus. So what? Let them. Isn't that what our system is all about?"

So in the future anyone caught fighting our military should be allowed access to our legal system?

Years ago I would have agreed but in the world we now live in I would be opposed to closing G.B.
By closing G.B. what do we do with those that are held there bring them onto our mainland so the terrorists have just another target in the U.S.!!!!
