On a trip 10 years ago or so, we went for Presidents Week and I was convinced based on the forecast that there was no need for long pants. Well, a cold snap came through, and I froze for two full park days.
Morale of the story..If you are going to WDW at a time when there is any chance for "cold" nights based on historical weather data, take a least one pair of jeans. This is even more important if you don't have a car. While WDW can always roll out racks of sweatshirts during a cold snap, there is little to no chance of finding a pair of long pants on WDW property.

That's like my father-in-law that calls us from 1/2way across the country and first thing tells us what our weather is like!
But I brought my coat and an under coat and gloves so I am ready to go with whatever comes my way
