Heading to Anaheim Desert inn and suites on October 19th early in the morning so our room won't be ready for sure. Will be using the coin luggage storage for the first time in my life! Do you know how expensive it is? Is there enough room for 4 pieces of luggages or even 5? Thanks again for all your help....

Won't your hotel hold it for you? I've never stayed at one that wouldn't.

I'm as sure as I can be, without having stayed there, that they'll hold your luggage for you.

Since you'll be across the street from the main entrance, that means that you will have to go through bag check with your bags, having them all opened and looked through, to get TO the lockers.

The BIG lockers, the one that might actually hold your stuff, as far as I know (I actually know that the Jumbo ones are huge, but I do not know if there are or are not Jumbo sized lockers in the esplanade), are actually on the DownTown Disney side back in the "picnic" area. To get there from Desert Inn you'll go through Harbor-side bag check, walk through the esplanade, go OUT bag check on DTD side, then to those lockers. When you have your room...reverse it. With all bags being looked through, all zippers open, etc etc.

Call Desert Inn, get confirmation that they'll hold your bags.

We've always stayed at DI&S. Cheap and close!

I assume the lockers you are talking about are the ones at the hotel. They are located a short walk past the pool area, next to the laundry room. I used one on my last trip in February.

***They would NOT hold my luggage for me at the front desk. It was one suitcase. They directed me to the lockers.***

I think it was $1.00 for a locker? Maybe $2. Anyway, it wasn't very big. Big enough for maybe one suitcase and one rolling carry on. Possibly two suitcases if they weren't too big. Definitely not room for 4 or 5 suitcases! Just bring lots of quarters, and don't let it ruin your experience! Just factor it into your budget.

Enjoy your trip!

Yes... sorry for the confusion... I was talking about the locker at DI&S. So It's 1-2$ per locker for the entire day?

I don't really remember the exact price. I know it wasn't outrageous, like $10. I have found the front desk staff very helpful when I've called with questions. I'm sure if you give them a call, they can let you know the price.
Please let us know if you find out!

Well I will keep that in mind when I am looking for a hotel. I have never stayed somewhere that they wouldn't store my luggage!

I've found that the cheap prices and large rooms more than make up for their lack of luggage storage!

I've only had to use it once when I arrived before check-in.

On the other hand, we got an awesome room with 4 queen beds and 2 bathrooms for $99/night on our last family trip. :)

Oh! Well that makes more sense. Nevermind! :)

Oh wow! That is a really good deal!

almost same price for me... first 2 nights 119$ ( friday-saturday) and 89$ for the next 4... but staying in parlor suite ( 2 queen and 1 sofabed). Thanks for all your answers!
