Coffee pot type(s) ind BCV’s after refurb?

Well, the title sort of says everything. Trying to find out what type of coffee pots we can expect at Beach Club Villa in a two bedroom after the refurb?
Drip? Keurig? Combo? And if drip, is it a cone filter or a basket filter?

We had one of the Kurig duos that had the pods and also a carafe. I seem to remember that it used a cone filter, but not 100% sure about that. I bring both kinds of filters these days. We were in a one bedroom.
