Guys I am so upset, I let you down. I was supposed to have the coffee pot for my stay at POP (June 23 - 26). My DH and I took turns going to the front desk, phoning them and sometimes both for the three nights we were at POP and no one could find it for us.

I called the next swapper and asked for help so I'm glad someone else was trying to locate it as well.
Honestly, the way this one cast member acted, I don't think she even really looked. She told me that if any package had been left for me, there should have been notes in the system under my reservation, and there were no notes. (I wish I would have thought to ask if they were putting notes in their system each time we asked them about it)
WDWfirsttimers, did you get in touch with the family before me to make sure they had it for their stay?
Again, I'm sorry I couldn't keep it going. I woke up each morning and stared at my unopened bag of Starbuck's House Blend on the way to the restaurant to get their not-so-great coffee instead.
Other than this unhappy event, we had a great time on our first family trip to WDW.
