I really have liked the vanilla lattes I have gotten at the Kona Island coffee bar. The cheese danishes are super good, too. I'm planning on trying the coffee bar at the Contemporary, I believe it is called Contemporary Grounds.
Epcot: The coffee stand in between the UK and Canada is good, too. As is the stand near Mission Space. Also check the Tanigerine Cafe. They have some really great coffee here like their Moorish which has nutmeg and cinnamon. They also have some coffee with spirits. Kringla Bakeri og Cafe does this as well. Hoping to try the one with Bailey's this year.
MK: Main Street Bakery is suppose to have decent coffee, but I haven't checked it out yet.
AK: Decent coffee can be found at Royal Anandapur Tea Company, but what I really love their is the chai. Yum!
Can't help with DHS.. Sorry!
As for DTD - I love Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop! Yummy ice cream and coffee!
If we were driving (I hope that never happens since we're coming from Idaho) or if I had a Owner's Locker, I'd consider buying a small Keurig, but otherwise I wouldn't bother with bringing a coffee maker.
Oh! And I did bring some Via with me last year and I didn't even use it.
