Does each room have a coffee maker? If so what type is it, a keurig or a regular one? Is it good or should we bring our own?

Each room has it's own pot that uses the flat coffee disks. Joffrey's coffee is provided. To me, the in room coffee did not taste as good as the CS coffee--it may be the difference between tap water and filtered water. I found that the coffee mate to-go squeeze in creamer really helped the in room coffee. If you only drink it black, I would plan on using bottled water to brew.

We might have to get some of that creamer! Thanks for the help!

I will mention, when we were at POR last weekend they did not have decaf pods in the room. Some nights, I want a cup of decaf coffee before bedand I was disappointed (in Pop this summer, they had decaf pods). I probably could have asked Mousekeeping in the morning, but we were too busy and I didn't see anyone.

I also agree that the Coffee Mate squeeze creamer is surprisingly good! But, a little goes a long way!

Good to know! We will definitely put that on our trip shopping list

Yes, I 2nd this. Bottled water for coffee, I drink it black so can't cover up anything off tasting.

You don't have to ask in person, you can call on the phone (the Housekeeping button) and ask and they'll bring it right to your room

Thanks! I always forget that, but by the time I would've gotten some I probably would've been asleep. Next time... :)

Personally, I think the difference is due to water temperature and equipment, not the water quality. The water temperature used in the in-room units is likely to be much cooler than the large commercial brewer found in a real restaurant. That commercial brewer is certainly built better than the little Cuisinart machines found in the rooms.
