Coffee - All Star Sports and AKl?

Are in room coffee makers available at All Star Sports and AKL? Do they also include the little packets of coffee?

We stayed at the AKL twice in 2001 and they did not have coffee makers in the room at that time.

We have not stayed at an All Star resort since 1995 but on our two trips they did not have coffee makers in the room back then.

Just confirming what Tiffany said.

We were at the AKL three weeks ago and no coffee makers there. We also stayed at the ASSpo last September so I can confirm there are no coffee makers there as well.

Someone correct me if I am wrong....but I believe that you can request coffee makers at ALL resorts....you can request the coffee packets as well...(I believe)..there may be an extra cost for those however.....
I plan on packing some coffee (the kind that is already enclosed in the filter).

Just gotta have that morning coffee

POR did not have in room coffee makers. I had to call housekeeping and order one, along with the coffee (which there was a charge for).
I could be wrong, but don't think in room coffeemakers are an option at AS'.

I have a little four cup pot that I bring with me. However, when I stayed at ASMu for the first time years ago, I bought the refillable mug and got used it every morning... of course since I'll only use the French Vanilla cream, I had to bring my own. LOL

I doubt it. If they dont have them at the Deluxe resorts then there is very little chance they'll be at the CB. I suppose you'll have to buy the refillable mug and foot it to the Counter Service places like the rest of us or bring your own or go Concierge!

I requested one at AKL and had it within minutes. I did bring my own coffee.

I don't remember at CBR if there were coffee makers in the room, but I just got back from CSR (a moderate) and there was a coffee maker and a coffee packet in the room with a note that if I required decaf or more coffee I could call houskeeping. I loved my moderate resort and I felt really uncomfortable when I was at the deluxes for a couple of meals...but that' probably just me and just my personal preference.

Before my stay at WL this summer, we requested a coffee maker 3 weeks ahead of arrival. It was in the room at arrival at no extra charge and they didn"t charge us for the packets either.

...there ARE coffee makers at CBR as well as CSR, but not at POR (well, I stayed in the "old" DxL) and , because of the lack of counter space, they aren't offered here.

My suggestion to you while staying at AKL is this: why bother with a coffee maker when Boma has AWESOME coffee??? (you probably can get a cup "to go")
