Codes??

My husband was on the line with Disney last night making some of our reservations. He asked the woman about the codes. She said she never heard of them and had no idea what he was talking about! How can this be when it's all over the message boards, in books and all over every site that offers info about Disney??

DH called asked week about codes attached to names and the CM said that they no longer do that as of Jan 1 2008.
I asked him to call again a few days later, and got another CM. This CM didn't know what the previous person was talking about! I guess it depends on who you get!!!
