Codes not working? Any help appreciated.

We went to WDW last month and did our VMK quests. Between my brother and I we each got 3 sets. I entered my codes no problem all of them worked. Since they are expiring Sept. 30 I told him to start entering his so they don't expire. Well after entering about 18 codes 5 of them did not work no matter what compination was entered. Is there a way to get these replaced before the 30th? Or find out why they aren't working. They were directly from VMK central and have not been entered they were kept in an elastic until now. Any help on this would be appreciated. TIA!

Hmm.. first contact VMK and hope for a response soon, if not call VMK or something. I don't know much about cards and codes, sorry that I can't help that much.

try not to enter codes too fast. try again tomorrow or in a bit. if they still dont work, try to contact VMK asap

OK I will tell him, thanks. He was very upset since it was the cactus chairs not working, but I am going to give him mine and then hope the codes work so he can have more. Thanks again I wrote to the black hole, let's hope we can get an answer before the 30th although I won't hold my breath.

hey sassy, make sure you look at the codes carefully. I know your probally saying to yourself, ive done it plenty of times, but do a quick run through one more time. Soetimes i mix up numbers and letters lol, everyone makes mistakes. Also, make sure caps lock is not on. Hopes this helps
