Well we usually go the end of Jan or mid Fdbruary and have only had cold weather in 2007( we still were able to swim) So hopefully our good weather and your cold weather luck will meet someplace in the middle. This year we're going 1/19-1/29. Good luck on finding a place!

Are any of you getting quotes from TAs? Mine is currently offering some discounts for January. google 'agency exclusive offers'. I got a quote for Poly that was good.

For the codes we are hoping for in January (probably a % off room) do you think there will be a minimum number of nights? We can only stay 4 days this time and I was hoping to do 2 nights CR + 2 nights YC. Would I lose the option of discount if I did that?
I am So torn. I LOVE walking to MK in the mornings but oldest DS wants to try YC.

I have only used a TA once for family wedding in Mexico - the bride suggested everyone use the TA to coordinate, so we did. It all went south, the bride fired the TA and we ended up saving a ton of money by booking on our own. I know that's an unusual experience and hear wonderful things about Disney TAs, but I'm still reluctant. That said, I'm really interested in what they might offer, so requested a quote for the very first time ever.

This has been SO up in the air for us lately. When booking with visa, room only or AP discounts, the discount itself has not stated anything about a minimum stay. But when we plug in dates, it seems like longer stay = lower rates per night. Sometimes I just try different dates out of curiosity and often find interesting variations. Maybe see what pops up when the discounts arrive and try different combinations. I like 2 nights CR and 2 nights YC! We did a BC/CR split one trip and really loved it.

I'm trying so hard to be patient while waiting for a Chase Disney Visa discount! Last year they were released 9/24 and in 2014 they were released 10/6.
