I Received A Pin Code For A 5 Day Stay Kids 3-9 Stay And Eat Free Sounds Great Right? So I Called Reservations To Inquire And Move Up To 7 Days And It Is Actually Cheaper For The Stay 4 Days Get 3 Free Is $60 Cheaper, And If I Book Online With No Pin Codes It Only Saves About $300 On A $2800 Not That Much In My Opinion In These Hard Times, My Question Is In Your Opinion Should I Book Something Now Or Wait For A Better Deal, We Can Travel Anytime Of The Year, So I Am Thinking Wait, And See If Times Get Even Harder For Disney And Look For Deeper Discounts.

It depends on what resort you stay. If it's a mod or deluxe, chances are you are better off with the 4/3 deal.

With the pin code, your savings are the cost of the children tickets for the number of days + cost of the dining plan ($10 per day).

With the 4/3 deal, your savings are on the rack rate of days 5-7, which at a mod you are already looking at at least 450 (even higher on a deluxe).

You book if you are ready to go with whatever is available now. You never know what will happen, including better deals, or no deals. If nothing comes you'll have a booking. If something better comes out, then you would switch to the new deal...

Well, if a better discount comes out you can always switch your current discount. My thoughts are we are going anyhow (if you’re not, you might want to wait), so I’ll take what I can get and then watch for something better. And if nothing better to be worth it for you comes along, you can cancel altogether.

I received the same pin you do. It cost me more than the 4/3 deal also. We have APs. No big deal as far as the kids are concerned, but putting up the extra money for tickets for DH and me raised the prices considerably. Kids eat free, but we don’t do the dining plan. For us, it is more expensive than paying for everything OOP with a TIW card, even still with free kids. How paying for tips and items not included on the plan and watching dining credits rather than just ordering how you want, eating anywhere and paying the bill outright is more convenient, I’ll never know. Then there is no deal on the room, which is what we need. I passed on this pin; not worthwhile. Did save a little over $1000 on the 4/3 deal.
