Code for $500 gift card..? re: hotel invoice..

Hmmm... For those of you that have received a free gift card from Disney before, how did it show up on the hotel invoice/folio summary? (trust me...it may sound crazy, but "it's complicated"!) I don't want the other person in my room being able to request a copy of the invoice (I pay it...), because I am not telling them about the free gift card. Does the gift card show up on the folio? Any advice is greatly appreciated. This will help me determine if I upgrade to a different resort. Thanks!!

I booked under this promotion last April and it did show up on the room folio that they send out since it is part of the package you are booking. When I was bookng this trip last year, I had a friend who was interested in joining me and did not have a problem with me receiving and keeping the gift card. Your friend will find out when they give it to you at check in since you both have to show ID at the desk. Just be up front, I'm sure she/he will understand.
