Hi All,
There are so many code-savvy, resort-knowing people here, I know I've come to the right place...
I also received the 20% off DVD email and called to book the night I got it. I was told WL wasn't available, so they quoted me AKL, two queen beds, at $3089.92. I wasn't 100% sold, so I told them I'd call back after I decided. Fast forward to tonight, I called back and the nice CM told me they had WL, woods view, two queen beds...I was thrilled...so he quoted and it came to $3489.32.
Hmm, I thought, seems like almost exactly $400 more was odd...
BOTH times I called, neither CM could find the PIN code I got in the email associated with my name, but one did give me a three-letter code that she said "corresponded" to my # PIN. They've assured me they applied the code, but when I go to book online, viola, same price...
I'm on hold now with a new CM who's "investigating" for me...any advice? I'll be so disappointed if I got the offer in error ...
