Code Discounts for HAFH Resorts?

Since the codes came out I decided to see what it would cost me to go to WDW at Christmas time. I want to stay at the Beach Club Villas. I called today and was told that I could get a 1 Bedroom Villa for $299 a night plus tax from 12/21 - 12/29. Is this a good code deal, has anyone done better than that for a 1 bedroom villa? I looked it up on Disneys site and the rack rate is $560 a night plus tax.

that seems like a good rate to me- we stayed at BWV last summer in a 1 bdrm w/ap% for $219 plus tax (however, that was value seaon)-reg rate was $385.

we loved it there- the 1 bdrm is so spacious!!
