for one night at Christmastime, 3 kids (ages 15, 13 and 2)... the two older are real waterbugs... the little guy enjoys splashing and maybe a float on a lazy river...
the plan is to fly in mid-day, stay somewhere fun, visit seaworld the next day and head to a friend's house in tampa... then visit busch gardens...
first time not staying onsite at wdw... are these two good choices and which one is the better choice? or is there a best choice i'm not thinking of?

we just finished 7 nights at Disney and the kids were begging- so we tried, it was so crowded (yes, in October) and they didn't have enough staff (when we checked out the bellman said he was the only one and there were 500+ people checking out that am!) and many of the elevators were broken, so tough luck if you were on an upper floor (which we were). The character breakfast was good though- and the kids loved meeting Dora, SpongeBob, and Patrick.
