CM's now give their name when making ADRs

I've been making some last-minute changes to my ADRs to accomodate additional family that's going to be joining us at some meals. Over the past few days I've called four or five times, and have noticed every time the cast member introduces themself by name when they answer the phone. Has anyone else noticed this?

I don't remember them doing this before, and I think it's great. I just need to remember to have a pencil ready to write down the name when they answer - just in case.

As far as I remember and I've been going since 2004, they have always said their name.

They've always given their name at least as far back as 199 when I started to do ADRs ...

Long as I can remember too as I always write it down so I can personally thank them at the end of the call.

But I heard somewhere they don't use their real name??? Could that be true or was someone pulling my leg? That if two Debbie's are working that day, one may call herself something different.

I am easily fooled - so could it be true????
