I'm pretty sure that people have mentioned this before...
But when my ex and I were staying at CBR a little over a year ago, we had dinner reservations at Sanaa... so of course we had to get to Animal Kingdom and then take another bus to the AKL. We were alone on the bus so the driver struck up conversation. Being New Yorkers, we found this strange! But we were game. He asked why we would be going to AK so late in the day and we told him and he drove us right to AKL so we wouldn't miss our reservation!
We tried so hard to tip him but (as I know is protocol) he just simply refused. Said our smiles were all he needed. I am pretty sure his name was Mike. We had a wonderful meal and a wonderful time.
