C'mon, Panera... it's time!!

I've been waiting patiently, but I can't take it any longer!! Please, please, PLEASE bring back my strawberry salad!

It's been a long winter and I'm ready for this wonderful, delightful, fresh summer treat!!



Anyone have any idea if/when they are bringing it back? I can make a somewhat similar salad at home, but Panera's is just... better!!

I'm not sure where you are, but you can make a nice version at home (if strawberries are available where you are of course)!

We use a mixed greens combination (organic, mesclun) and add strawberries, sometimes blueberries and walnuts. :yes: Shaves of what ever type of cheese you like adds a nice touch too. I simply dress with lemon, but my wife uses a vinaigrette that we make from balsamic (great with strawberries!) and olive oil. :yes:

Oh I love it too! Something about the dressing and it's so low cal too! BRING IT BACK ALREADY! I'm guessing maybe next week? After memorial day?

I check their online menu every weekend to see if the strawberry salad has been added but NADA so far! Java may be correct - maybe after Memorial Day? I asked a cashier about a month ago about it and she said it was coming back and she thought it would be 2 weeks.

Ahhh!! Two weeks have come and gone!

I'm dreaming about it!

I actually do have all the fixin's for a homemade version at the moment (went to the Farmer's Market yesterday ) but it's just not the same. I use a poppyseed dressing and while it's good, it's not Panera good!

And DD would tell me I was wasting her strawberries by putting them in an icky salad.

Oh that looks good. I have never been to Panera other than at the airport. O guess I have to get there today after shopping.
I crave the Chikck-Fil-A Fruit and salad with rasberry vinegrette. That is the most delicious salad I have ever tasted. It's like eating dessert.
IO wish they had a Chick-Fil-A around here, I only get that salad when I am in FL about 3 times a year.

Ooh! I had forgotten about this! Since there are no groceries in the house due to the upcoming trip, guess where I am taking the DCs for lunch! They mad McD's the other day. It is mommy's choice now. Besides, I can drive and I have the money!

We went to panera on our vacation for breakfast. I WISH we had one here

The breakfast Quiche is FAB_U_LOUS!!!!!
Dh said their bagels were the best he ever had
And I had the latte in the mug with whipped cream-it was HUGE & like eating dessert!

I had one today - WOO HOOOO!!! It was SOOO delicious! I took it back to work to eat and everyone in the office was drooling.

It was even better than I remembered!

I would have sworn that they used walnuts last year (this year it's pecans) but it's just YUM! You'd think I'd be able to tell from that picture I posted but... nope. Can't figure it out!
