CM told me can't apply to reservations made before today!

She said it's only for packages booked today through 9/23. I know you guys have been applying it to existing reservations all day! I plan to try again...do you guys press 1 for a new reservation or 2 to make a change to an existing reservation?

I said I wanted to see if they could apply the new code to my existing reservation. Should I say it differently?

My ressie was made 12/26/07!!!!! and I used the code and got the discount. I pressed 2 and entered my ressie #. Try again.

Phew, it really does make all the difference who you get! It wasn't me doing it wrong! This girl was able to do it no problem. Just saved $395.50 and didn't have to change a thing!


Guess I just panicked with the first try. Last time our dates were blacked out for Pop Warner so I just figured I had bad luck.
