I had just the nices CM yesterday. When I called to add one night at ASMovies before our three nights at CBR he said I had a pin code attached to my name so I did get a discount for Movies which was great. He said my pin was even better than my previous discount so I asked him if I could apply it to my CBR reservation. He asked me to hold for a moment and then told me I could. I was thrilled that the new total was less$$ and I asked him if he was sure we still had our pirate room. He said we still had our pirate room and that even the reservation # was the same. Well, so last night I didn't notice it didn't say pirate on the email reservation but tonight when I was going through my travel documents I saw the word pirate on my old printout. I looked at my new printout and the code is different, pirate was RL and my new one says standard, EP. So... I'm pretty sure he just booked us the standard Nemo rooms. No wonder it was such a better $$. I checked on the Disney website earlier today just out of curiosity and it did not show any plain pirate rooms available for my dates... only waterview. I am hoping that when I call tomorrow they can somehow get my pirate room back. I'm happy to pay my original price but my girls will be devastated to not get the pirate room. I can't see paying extra for waterview since we don't care at all about waterview. I'm really hoping that they can either find a regular pirate room or give us a waterview room for what our pirate room would have been. We have just been talking every day about our pirate beds and fake wood floors etc. If worse comes to worse I might have to bite the bullet and pay extra for the view but I hope they will understand this was not my fault. They alwayas say the call is recorded. I'd be happy for them to play it back and hear how I asked if we would be able to keep our pirate room and how important it was to us to have that room.
