CM guides / skip lines?

Had a great trip during presidents week but it was CROWDED. Even with preplanning and strategies, the crowds got the better of us a few times.
I noticed a lot of the CM personal tour guides this trip (plaid vest, name tag) touring with families. I watched closely and they showed a badge to the other cast members in the FP line and the entire group rode (sometimes the Cm waited at the end.) I can't find any info online about the price of hiring one and was wondering if anyone has used one.

And you are let into the Fp+ line. So there is likely some wait. But you do bypass standby.

It's actually $360/hr with a minimum of 6 hours and the price includes up to 10 guests.

Wow!! I will never go with a group of ten. So FP scheduling and planning it is for me.
