CM Discounted DP rates in 2012 and 2013

I am lucky enough to have a CM friend who has booked rooms for us using the friends and family rates in December 2011 and December 2012. I know the price we paid for the regular dining plan using her employee discount in 2011, but for some reason, I cannot figure out what we paid for the quick service dining plan using her employee discount in 2012. (I have our final bill from the hotel, but I don't see where the dining plan is itemized on it.)

I am trying to figure out what to do for our trip in December 2013. I know that cast member dining plans are not released for that time period yet, but if anyone would be willing to tell me what they paid with the CM discount during 2013 (I realize promotions can and will change) or what they paid with the CM discount in November or December 2012, I would greatly appreciate it! Trying to crunch my numbers here, and I would prefer to bother my CM friend as little as possible with my obsessive nature.

Or if you have any idea how I could figure it out from my final room bill, that would be great, too!

It's currently 15% off adult prices with kids being full price IF the extra CM discount is released. If it is the standard Friends and Family rate it's a full price DP.

They changed the way the DP works this year with the CM discounts.
