CM--Can I buy a replacement blade?

My red cutting blade, the one I use all the time, is starting to not work very well. Can I buy just the red blade, or do I have to buy the entire set of 3 again? I have a consultant, but she's gone for the weekend.

Sure, just let your consultant know and she can order it for you.

I had inquired about the same thing with my CM rep. She said that I had to buy the whole set and it was about $15.

I think they used to have bigger sets, but I just ordered a set of 2 red and 2 green tonight. So, they do need to be ordered in sets of 2, but not a big deal. They are 4.75 per blade.

that is really mean, I am a consultant in the UK and would never do that, look for another consultant lol!

Depends on your consultant.

As a consultant, you can order refills that come in packs of two, that I believe retail for 9.50. But, hopefully she will allow you to just buy one at 4.75....that's what I did anyway when I was selling it. The red blades are the most commonly used, and are the ones people usually need to replace so it shouldn't be a big deal for her unless she runs a very small business.

I had a CM party in September & was able to order three individual blades with no restrictions. I bought a new red, a new blue & a new green.

Yes, you should be able to buy the blades from you consultant...and at worst she should only ask that you buy two, as that is how they come (she can't order just one). I can understand if a consultant wouldn't want to have an extra laying around if you just want one...but she should give you the option of buying the pack of 2 that is available to her.
