CM Breakfast ???

I'm thinking of doing Chef Mickey for breakfast on our last day. We have a late afternoon flight.

Does anyone know what the latest ADR would be and will the buffet still be good then?? Do they keep it filled until the end?

I believe CM's is open until 11AM. We have a 10:20am ADR on our departing day, with an early evening flight.

Any other comments on this. I think it's open till 11:30, anyone gone late???

Can't speak for CM but when I called for Cape May they told me the last seating was 10:30am.

Just to update, I made 11:00AM ADR's for our departing day.

The CM told me they take ADR's up till 11:20AM

I just hope the food is still good that late. I would hope it's kept refilled?

Yes, I will confirm that as I asked on our way out when we were there a week or so ago. We had 10:20 ADRs and left around 11:30-11:35 and people were still waiting to sit then and there was plenty of food up at the buffet at that time.

The CM's told me even though their last seating is at 11:20, people may still wait to sit, so the characters are usually still there at least until 12:30ish (sometimes later), they make sure everyone is seen. I'm sure they keep the food stocked until then as well.

I did Chef Mickey's breakfast on our departure day in 12/04 and loved it so much that we're doing it again this December. We had reservations at 11:10 (same this year) and it was great. We only waited about 10 minutes and because it was late, it wasn't crowded and the characters came to our table 2-3x each (including Mickey and Minnie). We were there about and hour and the food kept coming as needed. I was also worried it would be dried out and old, but it was great. We even had time to shop in the Contemporary, which I recommend if you have time. We found some really awesome things we hadn't seen anywhere else. (Also plan on doing that again!) Hope you have a great experience and I can't wait until my turn (12/4/06)!

Great minds!!

We are doing Chef Mickey's on our departure day as well. We have 10:20 reservations -- and I think that will give us time to sleep in a little, get packed, head over there for breakfast and then get back on the road to Atlanta. I am hoping it will be a nice send off (and a little sad) from our great vacation.
