Club Villain

There's a new Tables in Wonderland offer for limited CV dates. I just received an e-mail stating that TiW members can purchase tickets to CV on September 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th for either showtime for $99/person. The offer is valid for the TiW member and up to 9 guests, as long as all guests are on the same reservation and the TiW member makes the payment. This can be booked through the normal Disney Dining line. I hope they extend this offer for October dates!

I saw the email this morning, but our date in October isn't included. I hope we see a similar date with October dates soon.

Do you eat sitting down? We can be there for the special prices.

Yes, they are all assigned and they are small. We had four at our table and it was tight.

They are pre-assigned seats. If you are a going with others be sure to book together so your tables are close by.

That was actually my ONLY complaint, size of tables, but they are perfect for venue so I get it.

There are assigned tables, but just to make sure it's clear to people reading along -- the food is served buffet-style around the room. It's not a plated meal.

Just an FYI I had already made a pre paid reservation for 9/3 and received the email this morning announcing the special discount for TIW. I called to request that discount be applied and was told to show my TIW card at check-in and I would be credited amount of refund at that time.

I think I'd have asked the CM to check with their manager. I've had discounts applied over the phone when they were announced after I'd already booked something, and Disney is able to process TiW discounts in advance for places that accept it. I would much rather have it taken care of in advance than take the risk of it being a hassle at check-in (for example, what if the CM is unprepared to provide refunds or encounters issues with processing?).

I agree, I'd prefer to get it done before hand myself but that is the same advice they give when the AP discounts came out in the past. The staff at the venue can process the credit. I think the CM that work CV seem to be of a higher training level, on avg. More suits have been around too.

When I attended back in May, the CMs on the phone could not apply the AP discount prior to attending. One even wanted to cancel it day of, and "see if they could re-book me." I spoke with someone when I checked in, they took my information down, and told me I would get a credit. Never happened.

I had to keep calling, but after persistence finally got the credit! I would advise on also trying to have it applied prior to save yourselves some stress.

Maybe TIW will be different? My CRT and Spirit of Aloha worked fine, and I saw the credits within 3 - 5 days.

Good point. I too got credit with TiW at CRT in a timely manner.
I wonder if the credit for TiW discount has to be done differently, since they have a barcode on the card?

Well I called 3 more times in an effort to get credit for TIW discount and for the first time ever (at least in my experience) all CMs I spoke with told me same thing which is to ask for refund at check-in!

It's how they handle at HDDR and other locations so it seems in line.

Not worried about the discount just stating we bought ours for March and discount was after though we didn't receive difference. As stated previously, was advised by Disney no discounts for Fall 2016. Think you just reiterated my statement.
Thanks!

No discounts for the fall dates.

You were given totally incorrect information.

Silly question. We have a 5:15 ressie. I wanted to change to the later one but it goes on after park hours - will buses still be around after the club to give us a ride back to our hotel? I asked the cast member on the phone and she seemed unsure and said, "I don't see them leaving people there but I'm not positive on that."

Yes they will have busses.

I've read that some people have gone to this show in the early spring like February or March, when I went to place a reservation for my trip next February everything is greyed out. Is this show now a fall only show?

No Club Villain dates beyond Oct. 31 so far.
