So, I just got home from CV. (Well, I got home an hour ago, but I had stuff to do.) Had a really great time! The food was fantastic - I loved the sticky pig wings, the beef strip loin, the dirty rice, and the kale salad. Desserts were great too, my favorite was the red velvet cupcake. I only tried two of the alcoholic drinks - the Dalmatians one, surprisingly, was the one I preferred. (I don't usually like creamy drinks with alcohol in them.) All the food was kept fresh through the entire show.
The show itself was fun. I was seated with another CM who was also there solo. We had a good laugh when someone on a
scooter drove across the dance floor during the first choreographed dance set.
I ended up buying a one-day Memory Maker to get all my character pics. The "friends" of the villains were great, as were the performers in the show. The staff were also very attentive, quick at removing plates, etc.
I didn't go in spring, so I can't draw comparisons, but I'd recommend the show in its current form. (Note: I did not pay full price, but $99 is still quite a bit, so it's not like I got comped in.
