Hello all,

This will be my first stay at PBH, we will be staying Club level. Can anyone describe the amenities/perks associated with club level? thanks!

I was there two years ago so this may have changed. You get access to the club room which always seemed to have plenty of room within to sit and relax. There was a very good continental breakfast buffet and snack items offered in the afternoon. There was always bottled water available but I can't remember what other beverages, if any, were available throughout the day. In the evening there were small items like appetizers but if you were full from a big lunch you could make a light dinner out of it. There was 1 computer in the lounge with free internet. There was also a concierge desk within the lounge just for club level guests. The workers were very friendly and kept the place very clean. Also, the club room has a great view of the harbor.

The Club lounge is beautiful and peaceful. It has two computers and very friendly staff who will assist with dining reservations or anything you may need. Bottled water is available all day but you have to ask for it. They now serve the mini-bottles of water and they will give you as many as you request without making it seem like you are being greedy. (DS could finish one of those bottles in one gulp!) Very nice continental breakfast with cereals, muffins, bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, coffees and teas. They have sodas out all day and in the afternoons I believe they have water ice. Late afternoon they have appetizer type foods that change everyday. Good variety - wings, pigs in blanket, chicken on a stick, potato skins, etc. They also have a different type of antipasta, cheese and crackers, wine and beer. Early evening they serve desserts - the kids love the cookies. Again, I can't say enough about the staff. Truly service oriented more so than any other concierge lounge we have stayed at in Disney or Universal. Last October, Jessica was putting together the late afternoon offerings and ask our son and his friend what they would like to which they replied "wings!" Sure enough, there were wings. We usually make about three trips to PBH a year but we had a family emergency over the winter/spring so it will be a 9 month drought until we get there in July. We really miss it and can't wait to return, hoping nothing has change too much since last October.

All things mentioned above! We have not been in two years, but one thing to note is that the PBH club room is not on the same floor as your room (as it is in other on site hotels). It is actually on the first floor.

We also had lemonade available all day too. And our favorite is happy hour or "beer o'clock" as some have called it here. It starts at 4 (i think) and you get unlimited complimentary beer and wine. At PBH, they serve Peroni and I think Amstel Light, and Budweiser along with the light snacks.

Oh yes, and you get a percentage off of your cabana rental at the pool if you want one. Maybe 10%?

Hope this helps!
