Hi all! As our DVC resale closes this week, I am getting ready to book our first DVC vacation.

Could you tell me, or lead me to where I'd find, what all Club Level includes? Thank you!

CL for DVC is only available at Animal Kingdom Lodge. It includes a concierge lounge at which continental breakfast is served in the AM, appetizers, drinks and desserts in the evening, and a variety of light mountable through midday. The concierge can assist with ADRs and other arrangements.

There are a total of 5 2BR lock-off units with Club Level in all of DVC and they can be a challenge to book.

From the Jambo House Rooms & Points page:
Club Level Amenities
  • Advance Walt Disney World Itinerary Planning service
  • Individualized Front Desk and Concierge service
  • Evening Turndown Service with chocolates
  • Exclusive access to Club Level lounge
  • Complimentary fax assistance
  • Secured key access to the club-level lounge, serving refreshments from 7:00 AM ET to 10:00 PM ET daily
Daily housekeeping is also included

We did the same. We tried it once on a stay where we had planned more resort time and less park time. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, the afternoon snacks and the evening appetizers and dessert. I'm not a fan of having housekeeping in my room every day but it was nice getting fresh towels, particularly in a studio since you don't have the option to wash and dry your own towels like you can in a 1BR and there are never enough towel bars to hang up those damp towels.

The only downside was the view. We did get lucky and get one of the rooms on the savanna side rather than the pool side but you face a small alcove of the Sunset Savanna and you don't see as many animals as you would from most of the Savanna View rooms. Also, we prefer to stay on a lower floor (closer to the animals) and that is not an option in Jambo House, Club Level or not. It was definitely worth it for that one trip however and I wouldn't rule out doing it again someday.

Good luck! I hope you manage to book a Club Level room. Make sure you are online, ready to book the instant the 11-month window opens.
