Club Level vs. Suite at Disneyland Hotel

Does anyone know how much it is to add club level to a suite at the Disneyland Hotel? We are trying to decide the best way for 6 people (maybe 8 people) to stay and wondering if club level is even an option. My father-in-law recently passed away unexpectedly while my husband was deployed so I'm trying to plan a vacation for everyone to look forward to. I've been on hold for 30+ minutes and have been able to find most of my questions online. I remember reading prices to add club level to suites on here but I didn't pay much attention as it was just 4 of us going so we didn't really need the 1 or 2 bedroom suites. If anyone remembers (even rough estimates) I would appreciate it! Thanks!

Any other thoughts on club level verses suites (with or without adding club level) are welcome too!

DLH is $225 a night to add concierge I believe. I've heard mixed reviews on whether you can add it in advance or not.

Thank you! So I think doing two club level rooms would be about the same as the 1-bedroom suite plus club level. But we'd have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms! ;) Plus if they decide they can't miss school I could cancel their room without being stuck with a suite. The space would be nice, but not so nice for the pocketbook!

Thanks for letting me talk it out! I do love all the planning, but sometimes its hard to be the one making all the decisions by myself!

Has anyone confirmed this recently? I'm thinking of making the jump to Disneyland this year...eek!

We stayed in May this year and we added club level to our suite. We could not reserve it ahead of time but they made a note on our reservation. When we checked in they knew we wanted it. I called to check on the reservation a few times and one cast member was very helpful. He told me we shouldn't have any issue getting it for our May trip. The only issue is sometimes the week of Christmas it fills up and they don't allow any more additional club level rooms.

Hope that helps!

Thank you! I called today and confirmed that you pay hotel directly upon check-in.
