Thank you so much the wonderful pictures of WL CL. We are staying here 7/4 - 7/10! I have been a little concerned about some of the less than positive remarks about WL CL. Now I am really looking forward to our trip. Can't wait to show the pics to DH!! I knew I made the right choice for my family.

I keep seeing the Nescafe coffee machines in the pictures which reminds me of a question - is it brewed or instant coffee? I'll have to say that I thought at let's say the Polynesian that they would serve Kona Coffee, but oh well.

I also would love to see recent pics of the Beach Club Club level and their daily offerings, am going in August and it's one of the few I haven't tried. Tried WLodge and I agree it was very good and Mike one of the concierge CMs was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!

Your pictures look very nice and I just have one question about them. Was the fridge with the Beer and Soda cans available 24 hours a day or was it locked up when the lounge was not open?

PrincessLilly-Yes, all those Nescafe machines in the CLs and in the food courts, quick services, etc all have instant coffee. But it is nice when the CLs provide REAL COFFEE and the cream, milks, half n half, sugars and various syrups to make your own true cup~!

CR Resort Fan 4 Life- Hi! No, no 24/7, they close right at 10 pm. But, they hand out whatever you want to put in your fridges before they close.
(Actually anytime of the day you wanted something, they give it to you.)
We usually had stocked our fridge earlier in the day with sodas, beer and large waters.

Question... If I upgrade from lagoon view to club level, I'm only looking at an additional $60/day minus 40% discount for a total of $36 a day or $252 a week? For 3 adults and 1 small child that breaks down about $9 a day. Does that include alcoholic beverages at night?

Great! A few months ago they even had -45% off all Deluxe Villas.

I'm using the -40% military room-only discount, but I was only able to upgrade YC to CL, (it's a surprise for DD). AKL CL was no longer available using our pin. But, I'm going to keep checking with the WDTC in case something opens up.

You're welcome, flafan. I'd say you're definitely due - it looks like it's been 5 years.

One point you might want to bring-up with DH is that this year might be the last year of the deep discounting. Iger has mentioned publicly that WDW is going to wean the public of discounts because they really cut into their profits and attendance numbers are (very) slowly going back up again. CL (and non-CL) discounts may get a lot harder to come by next year
