club level check-in and check out

Hi everyone.

I am staying at RPR club level. Can I do check-in and check out at the club lounge or do I have to go to lobby for that?

Also, are there usually taxis waiting outside the hotel or are they only at Citywalk?

You know before I discovered this site, I once (foolishly) wrote to Universal online with a couple of simple questions. They promised an answer within 48 hours and of course NEVER wrote back...

you check in at the lobby.
you can do express check out.

you have to have your hotel card keyed for the 7th floor.


taxis are always available.
valet can call one for you.
