If check out is at 11am, can you still access the Club Level room and/or stay at the pool for the rest of the day?

Yes, it is pretty much like everything at the parks/hotels. It is good all day you check in and all day you check out

Great! Do you know if you can take out to your room food from the Club Level room or do you have to eat everything in there?

We just returned last night from an 8 day stay at HRH, Club Level. At HRH, you need your room keys in the elevator to access the 7th floor. When we checked out our room keys deactivated and we could no longer get up to the club level. However, when I went to concierge at the front desk, they were more than happy to print me a "dummy" key which then allowed me access. Took all of one minute. I don't know how things work at the other hotels.
