The first year depreciation on a high end luxury car (which are so common in Southern California) could pay for a Club 33 membership

My solution to the 20 non-member reservation limit, is a call to my member-friend:

"Hey! Let's go to the Club. I'm buying!"

And get's me Le Salon Nouveau access before and after the meal, as I will be in the company of the member.

Thanks, it was priceless and I almost cried from her reaction. LOL I apologized to the hostess and she said "It happens more than you might think" lol She was also gracious enough to make many photos of us in the lobby area.

I've bought one brand new vehicle in my life, and it was the vehicle with the LEAST amt of depreciation over time ever... (Jeep Wrangler). I wouldn't know what it was like to drive a NON-Decade or two old car in recent memory, but if I had that kind of disposable cash, I'd surely put it to C33 vs a car.

Almost all of the new merchandise has the new logo on it. I am still waiting to like the new logo but it hasn't happened yet. I do like the glass that just says Club Thirty-three on it...not that it matters, since I can't order anything anyway

The glass with the words "Club Thirty Three" written out is the only thing I liked too, DiZMe. I don't think I'm ever going to like that new logo! Makes me wonder if that's the reason most of the merchandise is limited. Maybe they want to see if anyone is going to buy it first before they make a bunch of it.

Blue leather or leather like bag, tan piping, cross body (see pic below for size, its similar to the teal one on the left), C33 fob, lining was I think gold (or tan) with the C33 logo.

I wanted a pin and a baseball cap, alas they had neither when we were there so I ended up with "just" the pen, but that's OK. LOL

Since our budget is already overly tight for a family trip in October it will be a hard decision, but if they have one, we'll have to get it (provided we can get a res with the new rules). Thanks for the info!!!

I have to admit the new logo looks a whole lot better on the merchandise, especially with the blue background. It doesn't look nearly as childish and princess-y as it started out but it still has a little bit of cartoon look to it. I don't really like the way the numbers look. Then again, I'm one to resist change in things I already love.

I wonder if they'll have ear hats again? I didn't see those, either.

You will be fine with a HM one... D&B wear like iron. My wife treats her's nothing special, and it is holding up great.

Yes, they have ear hats. There is currently an argument (friendly) amongst our group of 7 if the hats are purple or blue (I'm standing on blue.) They had a red lining with the logo stamped on lining also.

The purse is what I would call a royal blue.

I'll see if I can find someone who was violating the "no photography" sign (saw many...)

Members received a brochure with items currently available through RSP. They have until Sunday to make their orders. I am assuming members have shared.
