Coming soon! We're so excited. However I have a few questions about how lunch works. The info I find online seems to be out of date.

Is it still an entree purchase with an appetizer and dessert buffet? Old cost was 55/person. What is it currently? Is there a kids menu?

The member who is handling our reservation says there's a chance it'll be closed for refurb. Does anyone out there know anything about this? Our ressie is for Aug 31.

Any info is appreciated! So excited about this!!!!! Every Disney fan's dream!

Yes, it is still a plated entree with buffet appetizers/salads and desserts/soups. Expect the cost to be $85 plus tax and tip ($108 with tax and tip), no alcohol. There is a kids menu. If I remember it correctly, it is $70, plus tax and tip. I will try to get a pic this weekend. I know it has a burger, Mac and cheese, chicken fingers (more like hands!), a small filet, and something else...

It will be open, latest rumor has the refurb starting after the New Year, but be aware your sponsor won't be able to make your reservation until July 1st. With it being Race Day, your favorite time slot might be booked.

ETA - DreamFinder - That is the dinner menu.

You can check here to see an older menu, it includes a kid's menu.

Lunch is the cost of addmission plus tip. The lunch is my favorite as it does come more buffet style. You order an entree', then proceed to the salad counter, appetizers, soup, and then the dessert table. Your server will serve your entree' and beverage. At dinner all courses are served by your server.
Also, Malcon10t has suggested a very good reason to be flexible with your meal times since the race is the same day. :tink:

Congrats on getting in...we are going on Sunday, July 21st for lunch with Mickey :)

We lucked out and he got the last reservation for that day.

Our sponsor had also told us about the possibility of a rennovation going on that may have prevented it from working out for us on our trip before he secured ours....luckily the rennovation hadn't been started yet..

Sorry... didn't catch the "lunch" part of your post, that was the dinner menu. Here's the current lunch one:

I was lucky enough to get a lunch there in the beginning of May and it was $80pp. You got a full appetizer and dessert bar with bread and soup as well and on top of that was the entree. In my experience, I was overly stuffed on just the appetizers and desserts.

Are members able to book at 60 days or 61 days? I thought it was 60 days- but for Aug 31 the previous poster said July 1 for reservation. Just looking for clarification as I have a LOVELY sponsor also helping us out- and we are shooting for Sept 1. (I know, I know... but going to try!)

He wanted me to text him a reminder--- and I just want to make sure I don't miss the date!

Thanks in advance. So very excited to take my family to the Club!

In the past it has been 60 days has been "2 months", so 2 months prior to Sept 1 would have been July 1, regardless of the days in the month. However, since the recent "upgrade" to the dining reservations, I believe it now means 60 days. Even members, who can reserve at 90 days, get their requests listed, then have to wait for the 60 day calendar to have it actually entered. So many changes.

^^^^^^^You all are living my DREAM!!!! :goodvibes

I have been in love with anything Disney since I was a teenager. I have my mother to thank for that! DH and I are WDW vets.

Anyway, DH and I are finally able to visit Disneyland in October 2013. I am looking forward to walking where Walt once walked.

My dream one day is to be able to eat in Club 33. One of the first things I am going to do once we get to DL is find the "33" on the door and get my picture taken next to it.

Congratulations to those of you who were and are able to enjoy a meal at Club 33. pixiedust: I hope to one day get lucky enough to get invited to go!

I was there at the end of May. Lunch for adults is $80/pp + tax & gratuity. With a non-alcoholic beverage (soft drink) and 18% gratuity, it came out to approx. $106/adult.

There is a kid's menu, but it's only $5 less ($75/kid) so you might as well have the kid order from the adult's menu. A friend brought his kid, didn't ask the price for the kid's meal (ordered from the kid's menu, got chicken fingers & fries) and was astonished to find out it was $75/kid.

I just pulled out the receipt from a couple weeks ago, and it was $80 per, plus $3.50 for iced teas... With tax, it was $365 for 4 of us, add on a $70 tip, it was $435.

Oh, the truffled Mac is GREAT!!

Great info ;) I'm sure this has been asked, but are Disney gift cards accepted for payment?

It is with a heavy heart that our family has decided decline our opportunity at Club 33. :faint::faint::faint:

DH and I had dinner there (through the same member) back in 2009 so we have done it. To take the kids would mean an almost $450 meal. We'd budgeted $500 for food for the entire 3 day-trip. So it would be the only meal we got. :lmao:

So I think we'll pass. Hopefully we'll have another opportunity in the future. Others in our party of 14 might go but not us.

Good luck to all of you who are wanting/awaiting a reservation!

I'm sorry :( but that is a very understandable and responsible decision considering you've already been there once. DH and I went alone for dinner and between our two meals and a bottle of wine, after tip it was $300 for the two of us. That may likely be our only time there so I'm okay with it knowing it was a "bucket list" experience, but once you tack on more and more family members, yes, it really adds up!
